Today Cameron and I bought some Brussels sprouts and black forest bacon. We pan fried the bacon and set it aside. Then we cooked the halved Brussels sprouts and cloves of garlic in the bacon fat until browned and crisped. We then drained the sprouts and garlic and tossed it all with the crushed black forest bacon. It was decadent, rich, and delicious. Might be good with Bok choy, too.
